About the Job
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Bilingual Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service and communication skills, excellent time management, and the ability to work effectively under pressure.

- Provide general administrative support to the team.
- Handle phone calls and emails professionally and promptly.
- Assist with scheduling, data entry, and file organization.
- Follow directions and take accurate dictation when needed.
- Communicate clearly both verbally and in writing.
- Deliver excellent customer service to clients and team members.
- Manage multiple tasks and prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Fluent in Spanish (required).
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skill.
- Able to work independently and follow detailed instructions.
- Great time management and organizational abilities.
- Flexible availability, including opening and closing shifts.
- Prior administrative or office experience is a plus.
- Reliable transportation (Preferred).
Schedule:
- 15 to 20 hours per week.
- Flexible schedule; availability to adapt to business needs is preferred.
