Key Responsibilities:
As a Contract BCBA, you will:
- Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs).
- Develop, implement, and oversee individualized treatment plans based on ABA principles.
- Analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust interventions as needed.
- Provide ongoing supervision and training to Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and other staff.
- Ensure treatment fidelity and adherence to ethical and professional standards.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to support client success.
- Conduct parent and caregiver training to promote skill generalization.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
- Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and clinical consultations.
- Ensure compliance with BACB guidelines, insurance requirements, and state regulations.
- Stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis.
Qualifications:
- Active BCBA certification in good standing in THE STATE OF NV.
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Strong clinical, analytical, and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Experience supervising RBTs and implementing ABA programs.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team.
- Able to obtain a state business contractual license.
- Able to obtain professional liability insurance.
- Must be willing to sign a 1 year contract.
