We are a growing mental health practice committed to providing compassionate, evidence-based care. We are currently seeking a Board-Certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) licensed in the state of Nevada to join our team.
Position Overview:
The primary focus of this role is psychiatric medication management and mental health care, including diagnosing and prescribing for a diverse client population. In addition to mental health services, the ideal candidate will also be willing to provide basic primary care services on occasion (such as treatment for colds, allergies, and annual physicals), helping to support the overall well-being of our clients.
This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated, autonomous, and collaborative practitioner who is interested in building their own client base with the support of an established practice.
YOU MUST be willing to work per diem until the clientele builds. If hired contractually, the start date is approximately 45 to 60 days. Please do not apply if you cannot meet this criteria.

Requirements:
- Board Certification as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC).
- Must have at least 2 years of experience w/o the need for MD collaboration.
- CANNOT need a collaborating MD.
- Active and unrestricted Nevada state license.
- DEA registration (or ability to obtain).
- Ability to work independently and manage own caseload.
- Must understand how and to collect vital information for clients.
- Able to obtain an NV state independent contractors license.
- must understand labs and submitting them.
- Commitment to a 6-month contractual agreement that auto-renews every 6 months.
- Able to prescribe all schedules or provide own supports to do so (supervision).
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient mental health settings.
- Comfort working with a variety of mental health conditions.
- Desire to grow long-term with a supportive practice.
- Bilingual Spanish & English preferred but not required.
Site offers a 70/30 split contractually for experienced.
