We are actively seeking dedicated, compassionate Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality ABA services in both clinical and in-home settings. If you’re passionate about helping individuals with autism and developmental needs reach their full potential, we want to hear from you. YOU MUST ALREADY BE CERTIFIED.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver 1:1 ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA.
- Implement individualized treatment plans.
- Track and record client progress accurately.
- Support skill development in communication, behavior, and daily living.
- Collaborate with families and clinical team members.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active RBT certification (preferred).
- Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Reliable, professional, and compassionate attitude.
- Ability to work in clinic and/or travel to home sessions.
